Perfect from start to finish Ive had a problem with my shower, he came out diagnosed why it wouldn't heat, advised me what part was needed so I rang supplier with it being under warrenty,. Soon as part arrived he squeezed me in last min so I could have a hot steaming shower when I got home from work!
